One type of coffee that many people favor is Arabica coffee which is usually brewed using the manual brewing method. The spread of Arabica coffee from its place of origin until it is as famous as it is now has a long history. Therefore, this article will discuss Arabica coffee, including Arabica coffee recommendations that can be found easily.

Arabica Coffee at a Glance

Arabica coffee comes from the Ethiopian region, and its spread was started by Arab traders crossing Yemen. At that time, the Arabs popularized how to brew the best Arabica coffee bean extract with hot water to produce a refreshing drink. Entering the 15th century, Arabica coffee beans spread to Europe to become famous as it is today.

Arabica coffee is the most expensive coffee because it gives a different taste from each variety. Another characteristic of the best Arabica coffee is its light consistency and higher acidity than other types of coffee.

Difference Between Robusta and Arabica Coffee

First, the size of the best Arabica coffee beans is more significant than that of Robusta coffee. The shape is also flat and extended with a smoother texture than Robusta coffee.

The caffeine content in the best Arabica coffees is only around 0.8% to 1.5% of its total weight, lower than that of Robusta coffee, which reaches 1.8% to 4% of its total weight.

Both the acidity and sugar content in the best Arabica coffee is higher than the acidity and sugar levels in Robusta coffee.

The best Arabica coffee has a variety of flavors, in contrast to Robusta coffee which only tends to be bitter because of the higher caffeine content.

Who doesn’t like hanging out over coffee? This habit is widespread everywhere. Not only for killing time but also for socializing and getting ideas or inspiration.

Ordering coffee at a traditional Singaporean coffee shop known as Kopitiam is rugged and easy. Because the mention of the name of the menu used is not a coffee menu in general.

Here is a list of the best coffee in singapore:

  1. Coffee = coffee with condensed milk
  2. Coffee C = coffee with condensed milk and sugar
  3. Kopi O = black coffee with sugar

Coffee in Singapore is usually made using Robusta and Arabica coffee beans. The seeds are fried using margarine and corn. Then this mixture is ground into flour.

In Singapore, there is also white coffee which is also popular. To make this white coffee, the seeds are usually fried using margarine made from palm oil and served with condensed milk.

Apart from the mention of different coffee menus, the thing that sets Kopitiam apart is the srikaya jam toast called Kaya Toast. Another side dish is boiled eggs.
