The Robbery Game is a fun game for the whole family. It’s perfect for children of all ages, and adults can have just as much fun with it!
The goal of the game is to collect as many people from your opponent’s team before they do.
You’ll need a table in order to play this game properly, but otherwise you’re set! Just gather up some friends or family members and start playing today! This blog is from one of our top gaming blogs. Read on to know why!
Create an area for each station, robber at one end of the room/space, customers in rows against the wall at the other side. One person can have multiple roles like cop or robber but it is best if everyone has a role rather than rotating so that different people are doing different things throughout.
Get some chairs (or pillows) for both sides since you’ll want them facing forward from either direction). The game starts when all players stand in their designated space waiting for “go”. When someone yells go everyone moves towards the opposite side of the room trying to avoid being tagged by another player.
The goal is to get back to the side you started on without getting caught and the one who reaches their spot first can “tag” another person with a pat/tap on the shoulder (hand only).
If someone tags you while you’re trying to reach your starting point, that’s when they’ll try to swipe from under your arm or grab arms of clothing.
You have three tries before you’re out for round if no one has taken more than five rounds then it becomes sudden death where everyone must be tagged in order at least once!
The first person to get caught is the customer and they’ll move up/back from their spot on the other side of the room. The next round begins when all players are back in place ready for “go”.
The customers are trying to get back to their spot without being tagged by the robber.
They can’t just go straight back though they have to round around and come from behind or to the other side of the room (other than where they were originally sitting). If a customer is caught, then they move up/back one space in line until everyone’s had at least three rounds as the customer.
Robbers’ goal is also to get back but this time it counts if you tag someone on your way. Once you make it safely past both sides for that round, then the next player steps forward into place and another person goes out with “Out!” shout! This continues until all players have played roles as robbers once.
The person who’s been a robber the most times is usually declared “the Robber King” and they’ll get to be first in line for the next game with any number of people.
Cop stands at one end of room/space, but can walk back and forth on designated paths (or act as referee). If a cop sees someone chasing another player they yell out what direction that person was going so it slows them down enough until other players have made their way past both sides.
Cops also need to make sure robbers don’t tag customers. If they do then cops should shout “Out!” right away! The goal is not to catch anybody; our job is just to slow things up! Cops also try not to get tagged.
Referee stands at the front of the room or space and watches everyone’s moves to make sure no one is breaking any rules if they see someone doing something wrong, then he can quickly point out what that player did as it happens so not a lot of yelling goes on during game play!
The Robbery Game is a fun game that helps teach kids about the consequences of crime. With this interactive board game, your child can play as either an officer or robber and make decisions based on their role.
This way they will learn to think through what might happen if they commit a robbery from going to jail for years, to being shot by police officers. It’s important for children to understand how the legal system works so that they don’t grow up thinking crime pays off in some kind of twisted “you win” scenario!
Whether you’re looking for something new and exciting with friends or just want a little family time together, give The Robbery Game a try today! We hope you liked this blog post. For more stay tuned.
